Essential In multi-user corporate desktop environments full disk encryption is mandated by security policies and with large modern hard drives LVM provides flexibility and management over a fixed partitioning structure. The idea of this blueprint is to have some form of integration or hooks for of both LVM and LUKS within Ubiquity, so that this configuration is possible from the live-cd.
75% of 8
High Our release notes and technical overview could use a bit of tuning. Part of this is to be clear on the goals they are serving. Session is for discussion of the goals, and ways we can approach better, more automated generation of the content for them. (Leveraging blueprints completion notes, etc.)
100% of 16
Essential Discuss what went well and what didn't go so well in terms of QA - Release team communication during P and try to put in place the actions for smoother milestones during Q.
100% of 7
High In Precise Beta 2, we were able to use -proposed as a staging archive for the first time. This blue print is to gather examples and use cases, as they occur during the remainder of the cycle, of what worked well, and what caused problems. Thinking is we can then get together at UDS, review the use cases, and figure out some polices to use it effecively going forward.
50% of 10
High Are there any infrastructure changes would help the Ubuntu Flavors and their communities with development and test?
